The Magic FM Weight Loss Challenge is a weight loss competition pitting teams of two against one another to see which team can lose the most weight by percentage.

OFFICIAL RULES
1. No purchase necessary.
2. One entry per person.
3. Must submit photo and completed application by Wednesday, February 24th to be considered for the “Magic 92.7/97.7 Weight Loss Challenge Contest”
4. Must be willing to commit to a 12 week work out plan designed by your fitness center. And decisions by judges, in any dispute, will be final.
5. Registration dates: January 21st, 2010 – February 24th, 2010.
6. Weight Loss Challenge Dates of Commitment are: March 1st – Friday, May 21st 2009.
7. Must be 18 years of age by February 24th 2010 to be entered/participate in the contest.
8. Any prizes given are not transferable.
9. By entering you agree to allow Magic 92.7/97.7 and its affiliates use all materials submitted for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. (photos, name, likeness, and background information, etc.)
Prize package will be awarded to each member of the winning team. Prize package will be announced at final weigh-in on May 21st, 2010.
10. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
11. Chosen participants will be encouraged to consult with their physician or other professional advisors familiar with your situation prior to participating in contest; for advice concerning specific fitness or other health matters. Participants must be prepared to sign a waiver hold Magic 92.7/97.7 and its affiliates and subsidiaries and any participating sponsors harmless for any health issues, since it is expected that participants will be under their physicians care.
12. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible.
13. Chosen participants must be available during all contest weeks (March 1st –May 24th, 2010.) to be eligible for participation and on the following dates:
(a) Monday, March 1st – Official Weigh-Ins
(b) Friday, May 24th – Final Weigh-Ins and Contest Finale
14. You hereby give the following representations, warranties, acknowledgements, consents & releases:
By entering, applicant hereby represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees that: (i) have read and I meet and agree to be bound by the eligibility requirements; (ii) I have completed this application honestly and accurately; (iii) if any of the information in this application is found to be false or incomplete, this will be grounds for dismissal from the Program, contestant selection process, and or from the Program contest, if selected; (iv) even if I meet the eligibility requirements, Magic 92.7/97.7 Weight Loss Challenge has no obligation to interview me, and/or select me as a participant; (v) all decisions by Magic 92.7/97.7 and its participating agencies concerning selection of the contestants is final and not subject to challenge or appeal.
By entering, you release, hold harmless and indemnify Magic 92.7/97.7 and its affiliates, from any and all present and future claims, demands, damages, expenses, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, resulting from the negligence of Releases or otherwise, and from any and all liability for any loss or personal injury of any kind, nature, or description, including death that may arise or be sustained by me, during or related to my participation in this event. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors and assigns.
